Subgroups are now adhering to sorting

App

Kinda nice to see your report's data columns in alphabetical or numeric order, which you can do by clicking the column you'd like to sort.

But then, on the other hand, pretty annoying when you then subgroup your data, and those columns just don't care about the sorting you chose. They have previously lived their own life and mixed as they saw fit, but no mo'.

If you subgroup your data columns in reports and sort your table, the subgroups now also consider your sorting. Neato burrito!

Having second thoughts on user group or project names?

App

We've got the solution for you!

Not that this is a groundbreaking invention, and, to be honest, we're not quite sure why this hasn't been an option earlier. But anywho, now you can access a user group or project and actually change the name of said user group or project.

Dashboard template for user statistics

New

We know… It hasn't been that long since we introduced you to our new dashboard templates, but we simply couldn't help ourselves and decided to create yet another dashboard template for you guys: User statistics.

The shiny, new user statistics template contains KPIs such as successes, success/hour, call duration, hit rate, average conversation time, total activity time, etc. What we're trying to say is that you're definitely not gonna miss out on any important user performance data!

To make it as easy as possible for you, we've added a default filter to all widgets that only show data from Me (Current user). This means you can share it instantly with your agents and only show their individual performance when they access the dashboard.

With the launch of our new template, we've also decided to remove User statistics for good since the dashboard stores exactly that data - and much more.

If you want to share the dashboard with your agents, go to Settings from the dashboard, choose the user group you'd like to share with and click save. The agents will then have access to the dashboard directly from the main menu.

Add discounts to products

New

Have you ever been in a price negotiation with a lead where you ended up giving a discount? Always nice to come to an agreement, but we know it has been difficult to register the new price. But not anymore!

When you create/edit a product, there's now the possibility to activate discounts on products. If chosen, you can set a maximum discount per unit, so agents don't give more than the permitted discount.

When registering a sale in the dialer, agents can input the discount per unit in the field, subtracting it from the subtotal. The discount applies to the individual product, but if you add two of the same products to the cart, it will apply to both.

This new function gives birth to four additional fields in Warehouse Sales; Discount amount, Discount amount total, Gross amount and Gross amount total.

Filter your Journeys

New

Have you built a ton of journeys and are sometimes having trouble locating that specific journey from the overview? We're here to give you a helping hand!

When you access the journey module and go to the overview, you'll now see a new filtering option on the right side. Here, you can filter based on the journey's status and/or the specific journey type.

Fingers crossed, this will make it faster for you to navigate between all of your awesome journeys.

Let agents tweak the time for a shared dashboard

App

When you share a dashboard with a user group, agents within the group can access it in a read-only mode, preventing them from changing anything.

But let's say you've set up a dashboard for agents to view their individual performance metrics. Then it could be helpful for them to change the time range to yesterday or current week instead of having it fixed to today only.

From now on, when dashboards are shared, agents will, by default, be able to tweak the time setting (but can't save it).

If you still want to lock down the selected time, you can change this from the dashboard settings.

Users display name

API

Users in Adversus have two settings for name identification; the full name and the display name. We typically use the display name for short informal texts and the full name in all other places.

For those of you who are enterprise enough to be all about that automation but still not so enterprise that it's ok to be a little informal, we've made a small tweak to our API users.

You now have the option to explicitly set the display name when creating and updating users.

Go to https://solutions.adversus.io/api#tag/users to check out the changes.

Did your payment fail?

New

You're using Adversus.

We send an invoice.

We try to withdraw the due amount from your credit card on the due date.

It fails - for some reason.

Previously, you only received an email informing you about this conundrum, after which you had to contact us to pay the overdue invoice manually. There are better ways to let you pay your invoice, we know.

That's exactly why you can now pay the invoice straight away without any hassle. We've created a Pay now button for any failed payments - a button available from the Invoices overview in-app. Nice and simple!

One thing leads to another

New

We know as well as you do that the person who bought that subscription for a monthly ceramic cat statuette is probably also keen to buy one for a dog statuette. That's why you can add your existing leads to another campaign in Adversus.

But sometimes, you actually have a serious business you need to attend to, not just fake changelog-based examples, so you care about who the original point of contact was when you made the first sale.

Well, we're not a CRM, but we'd like to help you as much as we can, so we've made it possible to create a copy of an existing contact in Journeys. The new Journey action Duplicate contact will create an exact copy of your existing contact, so you're ready to go to town on the new contact right away.

Download files from templates

New

Ever accessed an old email template that had a file attached and wondered "what the damn hell is that?" If that's a yes, we feel you. Would be nice if you could download the attached file directly from the template view, right? (yes, these are very leading questions)

Maybe you've already guessed it, but now you can download file attachments from your email templates directly from the editor, so you can stop wondering what it actually is someone once attached to that email. Easy!
