When creating a lead manually, you can go to Leads in the main menu and choose Create manually. Before, this would lead you to a new page in-app, but we've scratched that.
For easy access, we've replaced the usual page with a modal that pops up when you want to create a new lead manually - available from anywhere in Adversus.
We've also decided to support the Show campaign in dialer setting. From now on, it'll only be possible to create a lead on a campaign that is also available in the dialer overview.
