We’ve added a new account setting to help you better administrate your Adversus account.
If you’re sometimes experiencing trouble with agents opening multiple dialer windows to be first in line when inbound calls come knocking, we’ve created a new setting that eliminates that possibility.
The exception to the rule is when agents access Edit lead mode. In this situation, they can have more than one window open. The goal of the new setting is to avoid having one agent active on campaigns from several tabs.
To ensure that agents don’t open more than one dialer window, go to Account settings and check the Block multiple concurrent Dialer sessions box.
